CF Napa’s Vibrant New Expression for Romero
Alberta-based Romero Distilling Co. returned to CF Napa, the designers of their rum brand, to create the packaging for a Dark Sugarcane Spirit. The new SKU needed to fit within the overall family look and feel established for the Romero brand, but it also needed to stand on its own as a unique offering, separate and differentiated from their core line of rums.
Inspired by the tropical locales where sugarcane thrives, CF Napa created a vibrant burnt orange label that spoke to the flavors within the Dark Sugarcane Spirit and stood out vibrantly from the cream labels utilized for the rums. The intricate monogram was given a gold foil treatment to pop against the bright hue of the label. A matching orange top strip label provided a handmade touch.
